DRGN SALT is made with important electrolytes to keep you hydrated. Each serving has 1200 mg of sodium, 300 mg of potassium, 30 mg of magnesium, and 30 mg of calcium, all with no sugar.
This simple formula is based on recent science and information from many athletes. Each serving gives you 300 mg of potassium, which is 1/4 of the sodium (1.2 grams).
