Refund & Exchange Policy

Hydration is personal. The source and ratio of ingredients are two important factors to consider in any electrolyte drink mix. At DRGN SALT, we don’t want you to sweat your purchase so you realize the performance benefits of drinking our clean, high-dose formula.

 

If you don’t absolutely love your product, let us know within 30 days of your order and we’ll exchange it for free or give you a full refund (exclusions below).

 

We encourage you to put our products to the test. If you don’t love the taste, we’ll help you exchange it for a different flavor. The quickest way to get help with an exchange is to email us at nest@drgnsalt.com and we’ll help you with your order.

 

Exclusions:

• - Any orders below $20 (not including shipping fees)
• - Any product under the value of $20
• - A replacement product
• - Free gifts
• - Products purchased via 3rd party (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
• - Products from any bundle

 

If a return is initiated, customers outside the United States are responsible for returning the package and the cost of shipping. Returns are free for customers inside the United States. Keep in mind, any shipping costs on the original order do not qualify for refunds.

 

Once your request has been reviewed, a member of our team will issue you a refund or replacement product.
