I have had issues with severe cramping during and especially after strenuous exercise like biking or singles tennis. My doctor couldn’t determine how to address my server cramps. As someone who has over 16 years in the fitness industry, I know a thing or two about proper hydration. I have found that the mix of salts and flavor that Drgn Salt has the does the trick.
